If you receive a defective product or a product that is not what you ordered, please send it electronically within 7 days after receipt Mail, attach twophotos (jpeg files) showing defects or errors and send to
firstname.lastname@example.org to our customer service department. Then, we will choose a suitable solution from the following:
- Please return the defective product to us at your own expense. In order to save the postage of both parties, please protect the defective products but do not return irrelevant accessories and packaging.
- We will send you a replacement item based on the inventory status and ask you to send the wrong product back — the shipping cost will be borne by us.
- Refund in Hong Kong dollars if none of the above options are feasible-no interest will be charged.
The discrepancy will not be reported until 7 days after the receipt date. We will not provide any services and be held accountable.
- Under normal circumstances, customers can return or replace unused and packaged goods within seven days from receipt, but customers are responsible for all related shipping costs.
We will arrange return or free replacement of goods.
